Dr. Ingo Bieringer

Dr. Ingo Bieringer is an organizational consultant, mediator, trainer and lecturer at the Universities of Salzburg and Krems as well as at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. As a consultant with many years of experience in transformation and leadership development, she supports companies on their path to success. As an associated partner, she works with me and my team to advance SMEs and corporations in change management and digital transformation, particularly in the areas of leadership development. Due to her role as Managing Director of New Fire GmbH and her work as an Agile Coach at Rewe digital GmbH, she has extensive expertise, especially in strategic process optimization, along the entire value chain. Her focus is on the combination of sustainability transformation and digital transformation.

Cordula Denninghoff

Cordula Denninghoff is a certified coach and trainer for personnel and organizational development, especially for transformation processes and conflict moderation. She has many years of experience as a lecturer for managers and employees from the financial sector and industry. Her professional competence results from more than 30 years of expertise as a presenter of business and political programmes for WDR, Deutschlandradio, Deutsche Welle and SWR, among others. She also has decades of experience in working with microphones.

Dr. Gabriele Freise-Buhr

Gabriele Freise-Buhr, expert in health management, medical communication in the dialogue between physician and patient as well as change processes in the health service, is a certified organizational consultant and management coach. She has more than 25 years of experience as a physician with a focus on preventive and nutritional medicine in international clinics, pharmaceutical companies and health management organizations (including BZgA, ÄGGF) as well as institutions for health education. She has taken on complex and strategic tasks in the field of consulting and education.

Frank Lafos

Frank Lafos is a certified coach with the ICF (International Coach Federation), certified change manager and executive trainer with the UCN Community. After almost three decades of a successful career in international and world-leading IT companies, he has extensive expertise in numerous management positions, including sales and project management for corporations, medium-sized companies and government agencies. At Intel Corporation he was responsible for innovation management in Europe and director of the Intel Open Lab Munich. In this role, he received several prestigious awards for Intel in 2010 and 2011.

Marc Preisinger

Marc Preisinger works as a junior consultant and is responsible for the development of consulting strategies and concepts on the topics of communication, crisis and change. He completed his Bachelor in Communication Management in Cologne at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences and is also jointly responsible for the company's social media activities.

Malina Zelezny

Malina Zelezny (B.A. Social Work/Social Pedagogy) has been supporting my company since January 2022 and is responsible for the organisation and administration of client processes. In addition, she is mainly responsible for the creation of concepts, consulting strategies, employee and client surveys as well as workshop presentations. Ms Zelezny is completing the part-time Master's programme "Consulting in the Working World" in Frankfurt am Main.

Mara Victoria Schreck

Mara Schreck is studying medicine in English language at Riga Stradins University and supports our team as an executive assistant. She is responsible for customer management and administration. Additionally, she is co-responsible for the development of concepts and the execution of projects, particularly for our clients in the healthcare sector.

Lena Hinkelmann

Lena Hinkelmann holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar near Koblenz. As part of the team she is responsible for research, strategy, concept development and scientific publications. Together with her, she co-authored the book Power and Powerlessness - Coping strategies and crisis competence using the example of Kafka's novel "The Trial".
